How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

I made this map because Minecraft 1.19.4 added some commands that I wanted to add earlier.
I spent a lot of time on this because I prefer minecraft vanilla generated commands to data packs or mods.
I will add more stuff soon... but now I'm out of ideas, you can help me in the comments.
