Hey! This is my second PMC project.
This is a simple PvP (Player vs. Player) spawn. You need to set the spawn on the glowstone block under the cover with the beacon on top of it and make it a "Safe" zone. The beacon is in place to tell people where the Spawn it (even though you can't get up, you know where it is).
Its a nice starting point of a PvP server.
