This is Quartz, Parchment, Shears (AKA Rock, Paper, Scissors) in Minecraft. This form of it, has the basic rules of Rock, Paper, Scissors, although it utilizes command blocks to keep track of who is which player, how many wins each player has and saying what each player plays.

Additional Notes

In the future, I plan to add:

Ability to play against the computer
Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock
