These are the areas that most people get stuck on:
1) When trying to find the ghost's eye, you must already have gone in the hallway once. After speaking to the ghost, the chest in the hallway will become accessible, and will contain the eye.
2) When trying to find the key in the office, go towards the bloody remains in the corner.

A fixing pesky little bug containing the chest in the hallway (it has to do with chunk loading, and render distance), Version 2 has been released.

I couldn't get the voice acting to work, also at the part where you are being interviewed (Or at least thats what I assume it was, because the voice wasn't working) There is only a gray armor stand instead of a man. Is this not 1.10 compatible?

It was good. I especially liked the cutscene mechanic and voiceacting, although the voicing could use work, escpecially with the Ghost who I couldn't really understand and the same person in the same voice doing three or four different characters. If you get around to making the sequal, I'd personally really like to see a similar map, but longer and with a more active player role.
