For Help With This Map
There will be a walkthrough for this map on this youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/moreandmoremc. Be sure to keep going back, should be up around the 10th of January. It will be an interactive walkthrough with annotations and different videos.

Just plug the map into your server, and play with someone else.
Also for multiplayer, move the region file from DIM-1 to the world-nether folder, on your server.
The readme actually says to put the survival world into the folder, what you need to put is the folder named world .
