Also, I updated it without posting pictures. It now has D Flip-Flops. Lottery.

It uses a form of system allowing it to burn out specified torches at random rates. Then the machine processes all of it. Using lots of pistons. But since that isn't random enough, I have that big fat part in the back toggling stuff. Of course, you can settle for the original version that is only kinda random but smaller.
