Hello guys,

this little build is already a couple of months old. It's a neat little petrol station + a vehicle garage + small apartments on top.
I still have way to little industrial stuff in my city, so this was interesting to build.

It also features a small car park (incl. disabled parking space!), an underground fuel depot and a random storage backyard.

The fuel / tank truck is based on a tutorial from Keralis. Even though I've modified it quite a bit, I still don't want to take any credits for that :)
