There's an old saying that goes, "It's the little things that matters the most". In terms of Little Tiles, one need not say more.
Short Description:
As with all of my builds utilizing LT, I've spend almost an unreasonable amount of time splicing ideas and creating my own furniture and misc objects; though in this case, with a modern setting as my standard.
This build is a continuation of a construct I created when I started my building journey almost two years ago. Yes, I'm still in my infancy compared to veteran builders who are going steady on 5 to 10 years of building experience, hence my appreciation for those who walk the extra mile with me on an otherwise steep trajectory against myself and the building giants.
There is a lot more to say about the excruciating details and elements here conveyed, from the first block (in this case, small bits and pieces) to the last, but I'll omit the pleasantries and condense the expression by determining the composition in bullet form, thus:

- x2 large bedrooms
- x2 Kitchens
- X2 Bathrooms
- Living Room
- Lounging areas (Various)
- Large open-plan Bar (no drinking under the age of 18)
- Indoor Pool
- Outdoor Pool
- Vantage points
- Skylights
- Beautiful survival world with diverse biomes and complexity
- 99% custom created objects for the interior and exterior
- Mechanical/electronic roof implement (this mod really goes the extra mile here, so don't underestimate its flexibility. Full blown formals and equations can be wrought from this function if you have the patience)

I'll be working on a Little Tiles Scandinavian house soon, so I just wanted to move this build up the line since it will compliment the upcoming build. Since LT is no joke in terms of patience and functionality, I'll have to carefully plan this build instead of just going wild on the plain field haha.
