Red's mega base

This will be a huge base. My goal is to make it the biggest on the server and to have the most people inhabiting it. As per tradition I tell a story to go along with the build, and here it is. One day I saw one of the hunger games movies where they showed district 13, and from that day on; i was inspired to build something like that in Minecraft and so fast forward about a year and a half later, and here we are building something close to what district 13 looks like but a bit more modern.
