RedElephant's First Base

I joined on 7/24/2025 with one goal in mind. To make the biggest base on the server and make it impressive, and I would say I did a pretty good job at making it more impressive with decorations rather than size. Speaking of base size, the reason I switched to the base I use currently is because I wanted more space and to be away from the condensed riverside spawn location (not saying its bad, its just got a lot of buildings). I remember my first night where I joined and was immediately greeted by the wonderful citizens of ironclad (yes, I am glazing a bit but trust me they deserve it) and I got a whole 8 diamonds (doesn't seem like a lot but you know, it was my first day) from a mod who teleported to me and was kind enough to share them. I then did /wild only to find that night was approaching and FAST. I needed shelter and from what I could find, a raided village was my best option. I set my bed spawn and started to wonder "why isn't day coming if I am sleeping" then I realized "oh wait, I forgot that everyone needed to sleep in order to skip to day" and then suddenly there he was, the notorious zombie breaking down the door (yes, I was panicking and I am sure you would be too in this scenario). I decided to wait it out an pray that day was just around the corner (bad decision). All of a sudden, the door breaks and my life flashes before my eyes (my Minecraft life, and yes my Minecraft eyes too) and the zombie starts attacking. I quickly try to defeat it but I was met with an even bigger fear. Mobs. Specifically a million of them (a bit of a dramatic over exaggeration, but crucial to the story so hang in there). I can predict that when you read this you think that I died, well... DING DING DING I did and I lost my precious 8 diamonds. I was furious and did the only thing that I could in my power to stop these foul beasts. I did /back which tp's you back to where you died. I ended up getting all of my stuff and headed to riverside (I cannot recall why I did and not somewhere else but anyway). I eventually found the plot of land that is now my first base.
