Redstone Parkour 2 is a challenging and down right unfair parkour map made by Me (Kai Kaiju) and my friend (ILikeTurtlesL2).
This map is so unfair I don’t even think I myself have beaten it without cheating.
This map was made around 2020~ so might have some bugs but I have lost any motivation to fix them so you’ll just have to live with them :)
This map features :
- 4 full parkour levels
- Unique redstone integrated parkour
- Challenging levels
- Stuff so unfair it will actually make you rage quit
!! I am being serious when I say this map is BS, I will not be offended if you use cheats to play the map, just try enjoy yourself !!
------------ JAVA EDITION PLEASE READ ---------------
This map was originally made in Bedrock Edition however with the power of Chunker, I converted it into a Java world!
However it being REDSTONE Parkour 2 meant there were some obvious issues because of Java and Bedrock's different redstone systems. I have gone through and restored the world (as best as I can) to how it was in the original Bedrock release although some things will still be iffy.
I would also like to say going back and fixing all my issues has made me realise that this map is VEERRRYY poorly made as I was only like 12 when I made this and have improved a lot lol.
I hope you look past the Java bugs and poor map making and have fun with the map! Remember you're always allowed to cheat, just have fun!
Changes :
Fixed all spawnpoints to actually work
Fixed all signs
Fixed most redstone clocks
Added skip button in level where lantern jumps are required
Playtested most maps (I lost my patience at the very end map) and adjusted to make sure they were possible
Fixed all titles so they actually show up
Added minecarts back though I'm unsure if they will stay that way
Replaced emerald room walls with skulk blocks as they were ACTUAL END GATEWAYS BEFORE FOR SOME REASON, WHY DID I THINK THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA?
Things that are still broken :
Some maps might not actually be possible due to differences in hitboxes and jumping/sprinting mechanics (e.g lantern jumps are now basically impossible)
Redstone doors. I didn't actually test the three(?) doors in the map but I suspect they just won't work (especially since they barely worked on the Bedrock Edition)
Still poorly designed (can't really change that one unless I made the whole map again)
