In the process of finding a way to continuously power something by redstone but have it flicker on and off. As I was playing around with buttons, levers, pressure plates, repeaters and torches, I stumbled upon this simple yet versatile device. And I share it with you.

This is already a well known topic and (in case you ever want it) you can have 4 repeaters on max setting and they will continue to pulse by the simple push of a button
