-Turns on lights for every finisher.

-Customizable Command Blocks for messages.

-Please comment for suggestions on improved efficiency and if it's possible to reset it with redownloaded the map :D

I compacted it and improved the accuracy (original was 5 tick accuracy or 1/2 second and this is 1 tick accuracy or 1/10 second). It is also resettable and I'm sure you could compact it a bit more if you wanted to. You can place command blocks next to the halfslabs on the back if you want to.
