or you ca nmake the classic 2*3 clock that you can turn off...

Sometimes you barely have room and need a more vertical solution... You can turn this one off as well, by placing a lever on the redstone connecting to the input or breaking the minecart.

I made a 3*2 vertical clock, so honestly, I don't see the point in this, no offense.
