This is the first time I've actually torn down one of my buildings and built a new one in its place, and I have to say, it was quite fun. To be honest, I really hated the old building, it was ugly and it stuck out like a sore thumb. Thats why I renovated it. Its not finished because I still have to fill up the inside of it.
