Research Facility

Hello,

this is the research facility of some super villain I built for Wellandel Studios.
It sits on a small, lonely island surrounded by water far out in the sea to keep unwanted visitors away.
Until a few days ago there only existed an old and yellowed picture of it.
But a curious diver went out and took a drone with him to get some closeup shots.
An investigation on who built it and what its purpose is has been engaged.
