Rifton Keep, Sanctuary of thieves, thugs and smiths. This atmospheric hillside town encompases Rifton's Keep, a hidden guild of assassins. Stowed away in the valleys, this secluded village habitutates peacefully, with a vast black market, and high crime rate.
