How to find on server: Near the lighthouse at /spawn

Tried to make windmill that didn't have the traditional blades. The inside is decorated to a minimum. The build is used on the Rising Dragon server to provide some information regarding community farms.
While this is not one of my favorite builds, it was a fun build to figure out. On the server you'll find it near a decent sized wheat field that's close to the Rising Lighthouse.
