World government collapsed, terrorists took a nuclear path, and the only way to survive was to build bunkers, hidden away safely in the tundra, Safe-Haven is one of these places of refuge.
The town of haven was once a prosperous settlement, and known across Minecrafatia. Then, the inevitable war occurred, and this little refuge of joy found itself under the bombardment if the enemy, suffering two direct nuclear missile strikes. The lucky ones made it to the bunker in time, most did not, and there are reports of terrible, deformed creatures living in the ruins outside the door of the bunker.
