A medium sized tall ship, modded


Description:

This is an attempt to build a Minecraft sailing-ship that looks approximately realistic from a short distance, using various mods. Of course, I had to compromise. Many proportions are still wrong, many details are missing, and I left out all the rigging because there is no way of doing it in a way which is convincing at short sight. There are two versions of the ship on this map: one without sails on the splipway, and one in the water with full sails set towards the rising sun.

The ship may serve as a base in case you wish to play the map (5779767130881185992). There are several mushroom islands to the northeast, one of them huge, and nice continents to the south and west.

You are welcome to copy the ship into your own map. However you must rebuild the figurehead (armor stand with gold armor and sword) by yourself, since it does not copy.
