An 1.9 advanced version of my old Sand Wand command. (1.9)
This command will summon a little device, which will add a Sand Wand into your game.

This command will summon a little device, which will add a Sand Wand into your game.
- Use the Sand Wand to raise the sand blocks, you're sneaking on
- Raising sand will only work, if there is yellow wool below
- Holding the Sand Wand while walking on sand will give you a strength boost
- Create awesome puzzles and obstacle courses
Important notes:
- Feel free to edit the commandblocks.
