It's called Verre, which is french for, Glass.
This project is a part of a collection of mc edit schematics made by me, you must direct all credit of this build to me. And ask for permission to replicate this build into a public server or such. Thanks for your attention!    
Btw if you noticed differences in a couple textures, it's because I used the Optifine mod.

Once I've done enough additions to the modern house schematics, I'll start working on bigger projects, maybe a complete modern city made of my builds someday...
