Where is the problem at your downloading process?
When I download it, everything works correctly, so I don't know anything about this problem.

You put the world download there instead of the schematic.

Yeah it is, but the world file isn't the schematic. The schematic file is a .schematic, it's a file you can use with WorldEdit.
