I recently built this on a server I build for. I won't put up a download link, but if you wish to see it in person, visit the server!
Here's how the hub works:
You start with 8 colored wool in your inventory, and they are each named.
You go to the colors on the hub, and warp to what the inventory wool is named!
Very simple.
