I have created a spawn for you to use in your survival server.
It somes with some half built shops (in progress, but you can still use it)
a normal factions drop exit
and best of all - it is completely hand built!
I might update it, but I would rather leave it to you to finish the shop seing as I dont have a clue what/what you dont want in your shop.

There is a problem with the signs, I cannot fix that. Also, there is a lot of stained glass which schemagic isnt showing for some reason...
