This is a Redstone device that will say "[AutoWelcome]: Hey There!" if you join a Vanilla server with this device in the spawn chunks, if you have never joined the server before the device will say "[AutoWelcome]: Welcome To The Server *PlayerName* !", Where *PlayerName* is the name of the player who joined
This device (the "Hey There part") will only work when there is <15 people online, however the "Welcome To The Server *PlayerName*" will still function.
To use this on your server, open the world (download on the side of this page) in MCEdit then copy and paste the Redstone device in/under your server spawn ***MUST BE IN SPAWN CHUNKS***
***This device may not function in a Bukkit server as it was made for a way to welcome players in a Vanilla server***
