Compared to the first one, its way better. I would still suggest improving the front a bit, check out other yachts for inspiration :) You might wanna add details to the sides too, theyre kinda plain ;)

Better now. Is that picture of the bow or the stern? looks like of the stern, if so show the bow. If that's the bow, that's pretty strange looking.
