Simple Wizard Windmill

I tried my hand at making a windmill for a wizard/magic town. When I think of magic, one of the main things I think of is levitating and the like, so I figured "Hey, why not have levitating structures, Magic!" The ice can be thought of as like condensed magic, pull the energy/magic out of the air, condense to a liquid, and store for other uses.

Anyway, very simple design, and was just testing to see if levitating structures was something I wanted to try out in the future.
