This is my first UPLOAD of a modern house, it's for sure not my first. This was the first time that I challenged myself to build a small house. That did prove a huge challenge as I had to add the kitchen area after the rest of the house was already complete. That came with a lot of cosmetic problems lol :)! As of the moment I am typing this the project is not done, I still need to fix a few little cosmetic things as well as landscaping and a pool (if your one who doesn't include that in landscaping). A world save will be on a different project that will be called Icehart's Modern City which I will update every time something new is built in it.
