1: Download file
2: Unzip it
3: Click 'Go' on Access Bar (Top of the screen by the apple)
4: Go To Folder
5: Type In ~/Library
6: Click On /Application Support
7: Then Click On /Minecraft
8: Then Click On /Saves
9: Then Drag Save Into Folder

--PC--

1: Download File
2: Unzip File
3: Click On The Flag (Bottom Left Of The Screen)
4: Click "Search"
5: Type in "%appdata%
6: Click On /Minecraft
7: Click On /Saves
8: Drag in Save Into Folder
