Well in the flat land world in MCEdit, you can just delete all the blocks.I don't think that there is a specific function to make it a Air world. And I just finished your parkour map and to say "It was awesome and kewl" -rated by Honeybunz162 5 stars.

And you might want to check some of the spelling in the mao because when you said "Latters can be useful" It is Ladders not latters. Not to be mean though.
