This is a close replica of an Ocean Monument from 1.8. I've replicated it using Quartz to resemble Terraria sky temples, then added some land beneath the pillars.
The building will be pasted directly beneath you, as if you were standing on its highest point. There should be approximately 42 blocks of height wherever you paste. In my opinion you should be floating around an elevation of 170-200. for ideal placement.
