This is my latest addition to my city where I'm attempting to build 100 unique skyscrapers. This one is an empty skyscraper, centered around a completed elevator shaft. The shaft has stairs which wrap up to the roof where you have a sunning area/infinity pool. In the attachment, you have a butcher shop where you can peek in on the goods from the street and stairs lead up to a flat with a rooftop garden. The apartment is decorated as an artist studio.
