This is a simple and easy-to-make house, but it suits all of your needs.

It is extremely easy to make in survival, as it doesn't need loads of resources.
You can decorate the house, and there is enough space in it.

88 Cobble
80 Wooden stairs OR 80 Wooden planks (Decides how the roof will look)
26 Stone Slabs
22 Bookshelves
9 Torches
16 Glass panes OR 16 Glass blocks
42 Bricks OR 42 Wooden planks (These are used for the floor in the house)
2 Wooden doors
1 Bed
4 Chests
1 Workbench
6 Furnaces
1 Enchantment table

These are the blocks you'll need. But, of course, you can change it to your personal style.
