This is my second project. It's a smaller project this time because I created my first map using World Painter. This is a small island that features a lighthouse (with furnished rooms), a boathouse and dock with a sailboat, a covered bridge, a few houses and a barn, and also secret places that have both the End portal and Nether portal.

This project isn't spectacular compared to others like it but,
This was my first time building...
1) a terrain map using World Painter
2) a lighthouse
3) a boathouse and dock and a sailboat

So I hope you all like it. If you just want something small and simple, here ya go.

TEXTURE PACK USED: Chromahills

Download has both creative and survival modes.

I like that you went for the green ring pattern on the lighthouse, rather than the cliche red/white spiral.  Nice work!

Experimenting in new ways such as world painter, new types of builds is good. They don't have to be perfect. After all you can learn more from a failed project (I try not to imply this project failed) than a 100% project in once.

As for the screenshots I have some suggestions:
- Try playing with the minecraft settings such as lighting. I can see easily on the screenshots that you used a low light setting for it.
- You state the lighthouse rooms are furnished, why don't you add some screenshots of it?

Thank you so much for the tips and suggestions! I wasn't sure if people liked having screenshots of the inside of the buildings or not. I'll keep that in mind, thank you!

Often the interior is left behind. Mostly by larger projects. So that is why I like interior. Gives more of a feeling that there is time spend on it with dedication for it.
