An 1.9 advanced version of my old Spin Attack command. Feel the power! (1.9)

This command will summon a little device, which will add a Spin Attack for all swords.
  • Hold down shift to charge your forces.
  • Once you hear a short sound, release the shift-button to unleash a Spin Attack, which kills all mobs nearby immediately.
  • After you used this power you need to rest a while, before you can charge your forces again.
Important notes:
  • The Spin Attack doesn't work for players, Wither Bosses and Ender Dragons
  • Feel free to edit the command blocks.
