This is a compilation of schematic files for various retro style sprites I made by hand (with references of course). The majority are Mario related because they were the easiest to find, but I also included some other games like duckhunt and metroid, my personal favorite.
The largest sprite is indeed the metroid boss, and it is ginormous. It went over the height limit so I had to flip it with MCEdit but that's as close as using an outside program as I got. The pack has 38 sprites in all, and If you would like to see more please comment or pm with a reference picture (original scale, it makes it soo much easier) and I can probably add it.
Also, some sprites include snow instead of white wool because I thought it looked slightly better, so If your collection starts melting, you can replace it with wool. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it (2 weeks :/ fires suck) And please spread the word if you do.
It is listed as a world save, but it's really a pack. Couldn't think of any other way, sorry for the mixup.

Additional Notes
The flat map shown in the pictures were made using worldpainter, because I couldn't make it flat any other way. All sprites are hand made, aside from using MCEdit to save them. Enjoy.1 Update Logs
