Hello everyone, today I bring you a T2 Tanker built in 1944. SS Pendleton is probably one of the most famous T2 Tankers because of a storm in 1952 were she broke in two, leaving only the stern section afloat and taking on water. On the same night, another T2 Tanker broke in half, leaving only a small US Coast Guard boat with 4 men onboard to look for the Pendleton. This rescue is said to be the most daring rescue mission in US Coast Guard history, and theres also a movie of the incident called "The Finest Hours".
The MC ship is not completly 1:1 scale, infact its actualy a 100 blocks longer than is should be, but I wanted to fit as much detail as possible, and I am happy with the result. It has a full interior, even the cargo oil tanks have details in them. And everything is based of blueprints I found online.
My favourite part of the ship is the engine room, never seen an engine room like it in MC, with so much details and realism.
Hope you will enjoy exploring it! :)
Messurements:
Lenght: 247B
Beam: 29B
Draught: 13B (fully loaded)

I believe if you go to the left of the ship, you should see the stern part not far away
