STAR WARS: Infiltration,
is an custom adventure map
i have been working on for the past few weeks.
It's started with an idea i had for a star wars hanger bay
featuring some famous ships from CANON and LEGENDS.
After a while i started to make landscape and terrain that
surrounded the structure and eventually it led to me creating this custom adventure for you to play.
(Once i've finished the final touches on it.)
THE STORY:
You, Are an Agent working for the Rebel Alliance.
Intelligence has been leaked that The Empire has a secret facility
hidden on the volcanic planet of Taspir 3.
The Alliance doesn't know what it is they are looking for, but they seem to be excavating something underground.
Your Mission. Find your way into the facility,
and find out what it is they are doing here on this desolate wasteland of a planet.
THE MAP FEATURES:
-Several different types of enemies to fight such as stormtroopers, Imperial Officers and Shocktroopers!
(All of which have different strengths and weaknesses.)
-Almost 1000 command blocks present.
-Star Wars Themed builds.
-Simple puzzles and parkour challenges
and
9 hidden USEABLE blasters from the 2002 game Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast. Featuring the TL-50 heavy repeater, the Golan Arms FC-1 Flechette Launcher, the K-16 Bryar pistol AND MORE!!!
Give the map a try and have some fun, i would love to know if you guys would like to see a second part to it. The map is pretty difficult at the start but gets easier near the end if you find those SWEET HIDDEN WEAPONS.

Answer#1. For the armou, i made it that way due to the fact that the map is paying tribute to the game "Star wars jedi Outcast" The beginning of that game was extremely difficult because you only had only 3 weapons that dealt little damage. As for the armor i didn't want armor at the start, I wanted the map to have a very edge to it. Later in the game you would find better weapons scattered about. As for the difficulty, It 's hard because of the fact i had to make it that way. If you look at the entire maps layout, It is actually quite short. So with the inclusion more enemies, it would be more of a fun/ challenging experience for otherwise short map in design.
Answer#2. As for those pressure plates, yes it's quite annoying. My beta tester had many issues with it as well, But due to the maps design, i was restricted to using pressure plates. However good news is, the next map will NOT be using any pressure plate mechanisms to spawn the enemies.
The next map (which is larger in scope) will use more of the powerful weapons you may have found in the first map's later areas (instead you'll find them earlier on in the new map). I'm very excited to bring you the next level for this adventure and i hope you and others enjoy it.
