Starcourt Mall is a fictional mall set in the town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the Netflix TV show "Stranger Things." It's a prevalent location in the third season of the show. The real mall used in the show is Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth, Georgia.

The goal of this project was to try to recreate the mall in Minecraft as best as possible. We included almost all of the shops and food places in the mall, however, the layout of the mall was changed around a bit. Some shops that may have been next to each other in the show are not necessarily next to each other in the build. It was difficult to find pictures of all the shops/their locations, and even rewatching episodes and pausing was difficult. Also, we took some liberties to add shops and places of our own. Basically, the mall isn't IDENTICAL to the version in the show.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1: This map was built on a server. I cleaned up random builds, but there may still be some I forgot to world-edit out (MCEdit wasn't working).
2: If there are any LEGIT issues with the map, please let me know and I may consider fixing it depending on the severity of the issue.
3: Because it was made on a server, the "50% off" posters you see in the pictures didn't transfer over.
4: JCPenney and Sears have the same interior, it is not a mistake. However, Sears is blocked off by default.
5: Please use 1.14.2 or higher.
6: Expect an FPS drop from this map. There are a ton of blocks/entities in every chunk.
