Work Home 1.0

This is a small building I did, nothing fancy, that would be suitable for both living and working in.

It is designed with mods in mind, such as BTW, IC2, BC etc or any mod. The building itself is clean without any mod blocks included ofc so will work just fine without any mods installed.

There is spacing under the floor and also basement rooms and storage.

The rear of the building is all brick, so any furnaces or other flammable type equipment won't set the house on fire.

It's nothing fancy as stated ofc, just thought I'd share.
