Airships obviously can not stay afloat forever, which is why it is essential that there are airdocks built in major cities for refueling and passenger drop-off. This specific airdocks has it's own security mini-heli docks to prevent malicious airships from entering the premises.
Ironically the airdock is a land structure, but I imagine something like this would be built taller and/or on mountains to make sure the airships have enough space to dock.
Also, airdocks sounds a lot better than just airport or something.
