The Monastery of Saint John the Baptist at Stoudios in Constantinople aka the Stoudion was a 5th century monastery, of which only the shell of the monastery church survives. The scale is 2 blocks to 1 metre.
The church itself measured ca. 27x26m thus 54x52 in Minecraft
The atrium was similarly sized so I made it a bit smaller than the church itself with 52x52
The height is based on Byzantium 1200 and the measurements are from the Encyclopaedia of the Hellenic World

Update #1 : by Chaz McGee 04/11/2018 11:17:46 amApr 11th, 2018
11/04/18 I've added the crypt, cistern, and chapel as well as other details such as the font in the atrium, the arches in the narthex, the graves in the south aisle, the correct columns in the church, the synthronon, chancel, ciborium, ambon, and relics of Saints Sabas and Solomonis on the left side of the chancel. No remains of the ambon have been found thus its location in my recreation is conjectural.
