Although the Tempesta class ship is not as durable as those manufactured in Shin City, they are certainly more agile in terms of maneuverability and speed. The Tempesta is Regina's standard destroyer class airship, packing heavy firepower and stronger-than-normal air defense. Regina stands as the main exporter of steamfuel, allowing them to focus more on steamship agility than durability.
This ship was inspired by ships from Final Fantasy, instead of a large balloon, I decided to try adding magical wind turbine rotor things. I think it turned out well.
