Tenru Tower

This was going to, and probably still will be, a building in the post-apocalyptic map I've been picking away at. Usually the skyscrapers I make turn out looking like trash, but they've been turning out better since I started basing them off of actual buildings from the real world.
Tenru is still just an empty pillar, therefore there's no point in putting a download just yet, but I will upload a schematic once I do the interiors, pinky promise :3
Since it's intended to be used in a post-apoc map, I'll probably post an alternative with it that looks significantly worse for wear.
Oh, also feedback is appreciated. I've always done medieval / fantasy style builds because I can't stand ultramodern, but I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something new!
