The Tesla Cannon, better known as a Lightning Gun, is a weaponised version of Nikola Tesla's "Tesla Coil". Nikola Tesla is renowned for this creation, as well has is invention of wireless telegraphic - which, coincidentally, also uses a Tesla Coil.
The Tesla Cannon charges up electro-static energy, before launching it as one giant lightning strike, which attracts itself towards large amounts of metal. It is particularly useful against Airships and War-Machines, taking them down in a single shot, sometimes.
This is basically just a larger version of the soul-sand Tesla Cannons on my "Iron Golem", and doesn't do much. It was kind of built as a distraction, a time-filler, and is based off the weapon of the same name and effect from Behemoth.
