The arena is a place for you to select mobs to fight with a kit of the following: a diamond sword, 3 golden apples, 1 notch apple, a shield and a stack of steak. In the corner of the arena, there are redstone blocks, if you are fight and stand on it then run off it, you will get a little boost of regeneration.
