Finally got around to updating this.

I figured I needed to build something else then just houses so I felt that an classy art gallery would be the perfect fit for a nice modern town.

I used the More Paintings mod in conjunction with the coterie craft paintings to get all of the paintings you see in the gallery. I love this mod and its was the only thing that made it possible to have enough paintings to fill the gallery!

The fountain was a past build that I edited in the front of the gallery because I couldn't think of a new fountain design, maybe in time I will change it.

My next house design was originally going to built on water, After seeing this, I'm defiantly going to have an attempt at it. Looks great. and the fountain is inspirational.
