The Beckoning - Darkness

I Started this a year or so ago, it was small and I noticed how people were playing adventure maps. I decided i'd try my luck at it. Since then, the story has been edited 50 times over by ME, and built completely by ME, without World Edit. But now, I must ask for the help of others. The requirements, optional and required, are below. I would like to explain some of the following, so read the stuff after the requirements.
I've worked on this project a loooong time, I need some final edits though. I need a person who can do the following:

Can spawn a command block, place it, etc. (OPTIONAL, BUT SEVERELY WANTED - I'm a good builder. I'm a good story maker. I'm not good at doing stuff with files and commands, blah blah blah.)

Good redstoner (OPTIONAL - Would enjoy :D)

Good builder. (OPTIONAL)

Host a server for atleast 2-3 people (optional, but highly wanted)

Know's almost every little piece of World Edit, if not all of it. (REQUIRED)

Can use commands/command blocks and other MineCraft stuff to make things such as: Bottles with "Nausea", "Blindness", and etc, along with making "Boss mobs" such as adding armor to zombies, setting their health, and etc. (REQUIRED)

Has one of the following: TeamSpeak, or Steam. (REQUIRED)

Has a mic and/or webcam (OPTIONAL)

Works well with others, and doesn't flip out and get pissed at tiny shit. (REQUIRED)

Does not show hate towards people in ways like sexism, homophobia, racism, etc. (REQUIRED - Acceptions CAN be made, but chances are 99.9% possible they won't)

Is willing to work with 1-5 people on the project, through as much as possible, will not troll, and will be a reliable person to work with throughout the project, to the end and for more projects if he or she wants. (MOST REQUIRED)

There are the requirements. Now, let me explain WHY I need some of these:
Nausea and Blindness are obvious, i'm kind of a derp and with my usual Google luck, for some reason I lost it and i've come up empty handed. I'd love an explanation in the comments on how to add them to bottles though.
Steam, and communications systems: I like to communicate. It's easy via mic, but even without one, with communications systems I can atleast talk while some person [You] types back.
Can make "Boss mobs": I have spawners, and used some WorldEdit in my world, but I dunno how to add armor, weapons, heads, special effects, etc.
Command blocks: I know a crucial key to boss mobs is command blocks with redstone, that when you hit a pressure plate they activated and can teleport you or give you effects or type text in chat, but I don't know how to get them, much less use their commands. (Though I could probably get a list off of a website through google if someone could tell me how to get them)
Redstoners: I'm able to use redstone, but i'm messy with it. I'd enjoy help.
Good Builders: I'm pretty good... But i'm nervous about what I build. I sometimes think something I build looks to unlike something people would see it as, and honestly, I see crappier builds from famous YouTubers and I still see what they were trying. I'd just like some recommendations from some helpful builders on new things to try. Though I have a few unique skills myself. In the rare chance a PRO builder finds this, and decides to help, i'd LOVE it!
Good, helpful worker, who doesn't get mad at stupid shit or quit out of random: I want these 2 qualities the most. I don't want a dickwad who gets mad at a tiny joke (like blowing up a tiny building that took 5 seconds of work) or someone who quits halfway through because you don't like the way it's going. Deal with it, and do what you came for.

For those who read, THANK YOU. I really hope to get some actual people to help me, But I would like it if you could read these final notes.
I'm moving, could be gone until sometime in May, should be here for a few days though, and it won't be for to long.
I prefer if you have Steam or TeamSpeak, my Skype got messed up in a virus thing and I don't wanna reinstall it.
I want a TIME to meet with you. Tell me when we can talk, when you're usually available on days, how long you're on computers per day, etc.
The best I could get that would make it easy, fun, and organized is if you posted an application-like form explaining yourself, and what times you'll be available, age, where you live, etc.
