Here is the Charger Estate. It has 5 floors and a basement, a hot tub, a roof pool that flows into the hot tub from the floor above, Multiple outdoor decks, 2 private studies on the NE and SW Sections of the House, a full luxury kitchen with stone fire pit and chimney, and multiple fully furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. Take a tour, a swim and relax a the newly built Charger Estate.

The Charger Estate is built using the CNCharger Modular Home System, which involves building the home in modules, usually 12m x 12m x 5m, but modules can vary based on design needs. This means the house, even though it's finished, can be expanded to include more floor space or additional floors. This type of home construction can consume a small mountain in a matter of days, turning the small mountain into a building (and yes, the mountain you build with will disappear, even if you tear down your house, the mountain will be gone. No mountains were harmed in the making of this house, only hills). The CNCharger Modular Home System can also be used to quickly build larger structures, such as castles. It took one week to build this (though if I had more time, like say 6 hours a day, this house would have been done in like 2 or 3 days, including furnishing).

Originally, this was going to be a haunted house, but I couldn't get it done before Halloween, so I decided to just build the mansion unhaunted. If you guys want to turn this into a Haunted House, be my guest.
